Ali Hijazi

Founder/CIO

Ali founded Saracen Investment Advisors in 2021. He started his career in 2001 at Teather and Greenwood as Institutional Salesman. He then became a Private Banker at BNP Paribas from 2001 to 2004. Following the completion of his MBA, he worked as a consultant for Cambridge Associates where he was responsible for analysing shariah-compliant products and Middle-Eastern strategies.

He then worked for Perinvest as a Senior Analyst where he researched Asian hedge funds and Japanese equity mandates.

He holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science and an MBA from London Business School. He has passed his CFA Level I exam.
